Linchpin: The Swap

First, a little background. During writer's block clusterfuck, I'd been playing around with the idea of bodyswapping, and figured 'hell, why not?' After all, I've already done / am doing the 'alternate reality female self' idea, and I want to explore what would happen if the girl a guy turned into was a girl he actually knew - and vice versa.

So, this is a bodyswap story. For the time being, it has very little to do with the main story, it's just a little fantasy I cooked up. Expect cameos and all that shit, though, until I decide whether to roll it into the main story. I'll roll out a few pages of this every weekend instead of the main story.

Yes, I know I've already used this room before. Sue me. SM2DM is a bit lacking in the variety of bedrooms.

So some roman dude was like 'lol ur ded' and 3 days later Jesus was like 'fuck youuuu!'

It took me a little longer than 3 days.

I've spent the intervening time in a long slump playing MOBAs and first person sh mindfucks and riding my '81 Honda GL500 around. Oh, and trying to decide how I want the next reveal structured, because if I don't do it right, It will turn the entire story into a steaming pile of fuck and I feel I owe it to you people to not crank out shit after what I've achieved so far. I more or less have the details down now, though. I was going through this phase where I began to obsess over the mechanics of how this all was happening, but recently I finished - ahem - a certain game that reminded me that the story isn't about the why and how - it's about Stephanie, Natalya, and Marie, and their journey to the why and how.
